Proof of liability insurance: a Certificate of Liability Insurance showing GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE is required for all rentals. Your insurance agent will complete this and can send to us directly upon your request. This is proof that you/your organization has insurance coverage for liabilities associated with the use of the golf cart. Click here to view a sample

Credit Card Authorization Form: Submit this at the time of your rental. This form provides written authorization that allows us to charge your credit card without the need to present it in person. Click here to view
